I have over 32 years of work experience in some of the best-in-class organisations like the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Barclays, Kenya, HSBC Middle East, Citibank India and Tata Motors in Pune, India. During my corporate stint, I acquired experience in Skill Development, Renewable Energy, Public Speaking, Marketing, Customer Service, Banking, Operations, IT led transformation, Fraud Control, Impact Assessment and Team Management. I was lucky not to get stuck to a job or a profession (engineer, banker, educationist etc.).

In 2016, I found my calling in contributing to nation building through skill development and employment for Persons with Disability (PwD) and underprivileged youth in India. I hosted 18 knowledge sharing sessions on 'ABCDE' (Academia, Business, Consulting, Development, Entrepreneurship) on behalf of 'HR@8PM'. I was part of a unique 'crowdsourced' book called 'A Chapter Out of My Life'. 19 of us from various IIMs shared a real life story from our lives in this book.

My educational career at IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta helped me get premium education in India. While learning should never stop, now is the time to give back to the society!
