Latha is a graduate in applied electronics and instrumentation from CET Trivandrum and has 28 years of industry experience. Her prior experience is with BHEL for 2 years and 10 years with Siemens Information Systems Ltd. Latha has a diverse work experience in the areas of software development and architecture, global project management, sales and business development and delivery of global projects. Latha is passionate about leadership and building powerful technology teams which creates value and differentiation for business. She has handled leadership roles for several topics in different parts of the globe. Connecting industry and academia for co-creation of solutions is an area where she has keen interest. Coaching is an area of passion for Latha and she is also a certified executive coach from IAC and CFI.
